      Overview

      In this solution we have a number of different integrations process messages from our 3rd party provider which update various internal applications about the status of an order.

      When an order is delivered there is an update to a dataverse/Power App which is used to manage orders.  This update then triggers a Power Automate process which is used to query data from the dataverse and produce a document which is sent to customers
