Information is collected daily to populate the Employee benefit system that we outsourced with our Benefits partner. Data is collected mainly from the HR System but also from other sources.

This interface has business activity monitoring within it. This allows the users to self-serve this interface to do the following things:

• Check if it has ran

• Track any instances they are looking for

• See the run details so they can troubleshoot

• Resubmit the interface if they want

Common Support Processes

Logic App Failure

The most common error might be a failure in the Logic App, in this case Turbo360 is monitoring the run history and it will alert if there is a failure. We would then review the run history to see if there was any information about the error. It is likely to be a problem with the source or destination systems and a retry is the most common scenario.
