General description

Multiple solutions exist to support the HR Onboarding processes. These solutions take care of things like creating Azure Entra IDs, activating mailboxes, and collecting Success factor information. Currently, the following Applications exist:

• Active Directory - User creation and security group assignment.

• Exchange - Mailbox creation and activation.

• Success Factors - Success factor information being pushed from multiple systems.
