Run the Logic App deployment pipeline in the list below
This is a new interface so it can be deployed without any impact to other systems
When the deployment is successful trigger the interface to check it runs end to end
Inform the partner they can remove the file from their SFTP server
Inform the partner they can turn on automatic processing
Enable the logic app workflow
